New Member Checklist
Get the most out of your Chamber membership with these valuable tips!
To ensure you get the most out of your Century City Chamber of Commerce membership, here’s a checklist to help you get started leveraging your membership and enjoying the benefits of our dynamic business community.
Set Up Your Member Account
When you become a Chamber member, you will receive an invitation to create a login to have exclusive access to your member account. This “Member Information Center” digital gateway serves as your command center for all things Chamber-related, including invoices, registering for events, exploring the directory, reports, and much more.
Update Your Member Directory Listing
After joining the Chamber, you will be featured in our online member directory under the categories you select. Include a short description of what your business offers and some keywords to help you stand out. Once your directory listing is complete, we will welcome you as a new member in the weekly e-newsletter that goes out to all members.

Take Advantage of Marketing in the e-Newsletter

Register for Meetings and Events
Check out the event calendar on the Chamber website to register for upcoming events. Attend a Board of Directors meeting to introduce yourself and your business, start to meet other members, and learn what is going on in Century City! Register online to attend the next educational program, happy hour or special event.
Join a Council or Committee
Councils and committees are volunteer-led opportunities to meet and collaborate with other members on a regular basis in the interest group of your choice. Members offer ideas for speakers, educational programs, service projects, and special events.
Consider Becoming an Event Sponsor
Maximize your exposure by sponsoring a Board meeting lunch or happy hour or educational program to gain visibility in front of a broader audience. We offer sponsorship levels to fit every budget.
Elevate Your Brand Visibility Through Marketing Opportunities
Boost your brand’s visibility by participating in our Member Marketing Video program, scheduling a stand-alone marketing promotion, being a member spotlight at a Board meeting or Referral Power Hour, or by having a complimentary ribbon-cutting for a grand opening or anniversary celebration.
