We produce two to three programs/events per month, in addition to our numerous monthly council/committee meetings and our monthly Board of Directors meetings.
Below is a selection of one special program/event we produced for each month:
January 2012
We held our first event of 2012, a lively Speed Networking Breakfast at Breadbar, Century City. We had a high turnout, with almost 50 guests, ranging in investment banking to marketing and the hospitality industry. Thanks to everyone who came - feel free to check out the photos!

December 2011
For the first time ever, our Emerging Professionals & Entrepreneurs Council (EPEC) held a festive beer tasting networking night at Bru Haus! About 50 guests gathered to sample Belgian and German beers, and to munch on sausages, sweet potato tots and french fries. Check out the photos from the event!

On Tuesday, November 15th, we gathered at the InterContinental Los Angeles Century City to show our members how much we appreciate them! We wanted to put on a memorable night, so we headed to the InterContinental's Glass Lounge for a night of passed and stationed appetizers, a festive photo booth and exclusive networking opportunities for our Chamber members. Our Government Affairs Council hosted a special luncheon with U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein. This was her first visit back in Century City in five years, so we were thrilled to have her join us, discussing relevant issues such as the current economy conditions, nuclear plants and taxes.

On Thursday, June 9th, the Century City Chamber of Commerce along wtih the Century City Homeowners Alliance, the adjacent area Homeowner Associations and the greater Century City business community gave a brief press conference on the reasons supporting a future subway stop at the corner of Constellation Blvd. and Avenue of the Stars.

On Thursday, May 19th, the Century City Chamber of Commerce honored Individual Citizen of the Year Brad Cox and Corporate Citizen of the Year Marcum Stonefield for their civic, business and philanthropic endeavors for the local business community. AEG President/CEO Tim Leiweke was the keynote speaker.

On Thursday, April 28th, we gathered at Chamber member Marriott Residence Inn Beverly Hills for a night of celebrations and networking! We held a special ribbon cutting ceremony in the hotel's honor and afterwards had a fun, lively night of speed networking. Here are some photos from the event...

Our Government Affairs hosted its 3rd Power Breakfast, featuring a candid address from Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa on federal funding, business development, transportation and education, amongst other topics.
More than 120 guests attended this special discussion on the Westside!

On Thursday, March 11th, the Emerging Professionals & Entrepreneurs Council kicked off the year with their first Networking Night of 2010.
Guests networked with one another while enjoying complimentary appetizers, great drink specials - like the EPEC-tini and the Shady Shamrock - and a spectacular silent auction.
As always, the goal was to have a great time, make some connections and unwind after work.

The Government Affairs Council extended the invitation to community business leaders to hear newly elected officials share their future plans for Los Angeles this upcoming year. Officials candidly shared their visions and addressed concerns for the city, in an open, engaging environment.
