Utility Work Along the Exposition Right-of-Way (ROW)
We received the following information from the Exposition Construction Authority:
“We would like to inform you of upcoming utility work along the Exposition right-of-way (ROW).
Work crews for the Department of Water and Power (DWP) will be lowering
existing water mains.
When:
Beginning in early March 2012
Where:
Work will take place within the Exposition ROW at the following locations:
Kelton Avenue
Federal Avenue
Granville Avenue
Putney Road
Military Avenue
Dunleer Drive
Work Hours:
7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Duration:
4 months (approximately)

Weekend Paving for Pico Blvd.
We received the following information regarding paving Pico Boulevard:
“Bureau of Street Services, City of Los Angeles, will be repaving
Pico Blvd. from Westwood Blvd. to Sepulveda Blvd.
Saturday, February 25 and Sunday, February 26, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
One lane will be open in each direction for traffic, although you may want to consider alternate routes.”

JMB Installs First of its Kind Bloom Energy Fuel Cell Servers in Los Angeles to help reduce carbon footprint in its Constellation Place Office Building
January 12, 2012 Century City, Calif. – JMB Realty announced the reduction of Constellation Place’s carbon footprint through the installation of Bloom Energy ServersTM. The state of the art fuel cell power generators will produce 400 kW of power, supplying approximately one-third of the building’s electrical demand, and reducing those emissions by 30 percent.
